5 tips to get started in 2023

1.Set realistic and achievable goals: Start small and work your way up. Set yourself achievable goals that you can work on over time.

2.Make a plan: Make a plan that outlines what activities you will do, what days, and for how long. This will help you to stay on track and motivated.

3.Find an activity you enjoy: Find something that you will enjoy doing, so that you don't get bored and give up. Try out different activities and find one that you like.

4.Track your progress: Keep a log of your progress and celebrate your successes. This will help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.

5.Get support: Ask your friends and family to join you on your journey or to provide moral support. This can help to keep you accountable and motivated.

It’s hard to get started, but it does get easier. Be as organised as possible and know that it won’t all change in one week or even in a couple of weeks. The aim is to make fitness part of your lifestyle, something you enjoy and want to keep doing.
