Personal Training

My initial start up is 10 sessions which have to be used within 10 weeks of payment.


My goal is to help you reach your potential and reach a goal you never thought possible before. 

An initial consultation is FREE and we will sit down and talk through your background, goals and carry out a posture/movement assessment so I can plan training around your body and any weak areas we need to address first.


First 10 sessions £249

Monthly rolling £216 (8 sessions - 2 per week)


This is based on 2 PT sessions per week, please ask for prices if you would like more/less sessions


*PT sessions are 1 hr long. They must be pre-booked min. 1 week before. I will try to be as flexible as possible so changes are possible 48hrs prior to the session; subject to availability of my time.  Missing a session without notice however is non-refundable.

** Payments can be broken down to two blocks, but not two sessions. You cant book a session without having made a payment before hand.





Training with a friend can be more fun and more motivating as you both want the same results and you can cheer each other on.

Your training plans will be the same but diet plansare individual


 If you'd like to train with a friend it works the same as above

Can't recommend Tara enough. She has been such an amazing support, motivated me, boosted my confidence with my form and lifting heavy. Plus losing weight has been a massive bonus!
