An initial consultation is free and we will sit down and talk through your background, goals and carry out a posture/movement assessment so I can plan training around your body and any weak areas we need to address first.
*PT sessions are 1 hr long. They must be pre-booked min. 1 week before. I will try to be as flexible as possible so changes are possible 48hrs prior to the session; subject to availability of my time. Missing a session without notice however is non-refundable.
TRAIN WITH A FRIEND
Training with a friend can be more fun and more motivating as you both want the same results and you can cheer each other on.
Your training plans will be the same but diet plans are individual
